Timothy’s impressive track record combines experience as both a project architect and project manager on high-end residences and institutional and multi-family residential projects. This includes new buildings as well as renovation and restoration projects.
His work on educational buildings includes higher-ed projects at SUNY Purchase and K-12 projects for New York City’s School Construction Authority. Cultural projects have included the renewal of a well-used branch of the New York Public Library system. And his residential experience includes new high-rise residential buildings as well as renovations and upgrades of more dated structures. As a result, Timothy brings practical experience in all phases of architecture including schematic design, construction documentation, consultant coordination and construction. And he makes sure all of the firm’s projects meet client sustainability goals.
Timothy is a member of the American Institute of Architects, a registered architect in the New York, and LEED Approved Professional. He received both a Master of Science in Architecture and a Master of City Planning/Urban Design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Architecture from Hampton University.
